If you'd like to see me add anything else to this round-up, send me a message! Cheers till next week - stay tuned for the Friday weekly recipe!
Winco
These deals were spotted at the Happy Valley location* and could vary by location.
- Pork Shoulder Roast - $1.68/pound
- I love a good pork shoulder roast - these are bone-in and run about 8 pounds or $14-15 for the whole roast. You can do so much with these, my favorite is pulled pork in the instant pot. You can certain cut the roast into large chunks and freeze some. It makes for a very affordable meal.
- Boneless Pork Loin - $1.88/pound
- If you prefer a boneless option, a pork loin is fantastic! These are also about 8 pounds so about $15-16. This a great cut to portion and freeze. You can even marinade and freeze.
- Krusteaz Pancake Mix 10lbs - $8.48
- I'm sharing a secret with you all - the best pancakes are Krusteaz!! I'm 100% serious! I've made my own mix, I've made countless other recipes but in the end, whatever Krusteaz has going on - IT'S GOOD! Always perfectly fluffy - so we simply use it all the time. I think this price is comparable to Costco.
- Honeycrisp Apples - $1.98/lb
- We always have apples on hand and I love the taste and consistency of honeycrisp apples. $1.98/lb is a great price. They also have plenty of other varieties including Cosmic Crisp for $1.38/lb.
- 4 pack ready to eat mini carrots - $1.48
- I love finding these 4 packs of mini carrots by Grimmway Farms. And for such a great price! 12 ounces of carrots (3oz per pack) which is quite a good number of carrots. These mini carrots are super slim and small which my kids like. I also like these for parties, individual packets is the way to go these days!
I didn't buy too much this week and what I did were some recurring deals that I've shared before. Super impressed for some of these items staying the same price!
- Ataulfo Mangos - $0.88/each
- These are my favorite type of mangoes, sometimes called Honey Mangos - they are consistently sweet vs traditional mangoes. They are on the smaller side but worth it!
- Mandarins - $1.98/2lb bag
- It is getting toward the end of citrus season so I'm not sure how these are right now, mandarins are always a gamble. I will say the navel oranges have been very sweet so we've been sticking to them but $1.98/2lbs is a great price if you need an ez-peel option.
- Winco Brand Butter - $2.98 STILL ON SALE
- $2.98 this week
- Avocados - $0.48/each STILL ON SALE
- This is the cheapest I've seen them in a long time and really beats any price! Super fresh - smaller in size. I purchase green and let ripen naturally. Pop in fridge when ripe to slow process and keep fresh.
- Grapes - $1.28/lb red and green
- Great deal on grapes and they were in good shape at this location - no limit so I picked up 3 bags!
- Red Peppers - $0.78/pepper STILL ON SALE
- Yellow were $1.28 and Orange $1.48
Safeway
Be sure to download the Safeway app to load the deals and special Just for U coupons - prices reflected below require the digital coupons. This week there is a $5 off $25 coupon, be sure to save to your app!
- Top Round London Broil (limit 2) - $1.97/lb
- London Broil is such a great cut of meat, very lean and can be used for just about anything you need. I like to directly ask the butcher for the freshest piece, they will cut to order for you. I prep and freeze what I can. Some for fajitas, some for spaghetti, some for stew.
- Lucerne Half Gallon Milk (first 4) - $0.97 each
- Milk is expensive these days so stocking up (even if it's only 4) less than $2 for a gallon is a great buy.
- Whole or Value Pack Chicken (first 2) - $0.87/lb
- Grabbing some chicken for easy weeknight meals is always a good idea. If you can't pickup a Costco chicken - try roasting your own.
Fred Meyer
Digital coupons apply to many of these deals as well - be sure to download via the app and link your rewards card. 4x fuel points on Friday purchases.
- Honeycrisp Apples - $1.79/lb
- This is actually cheaper than Winco which is unusual, no limit and local Washington apples
- Foster Farms Whole Chicken - $0.99/lb
- No limit on these whole chickens so a good deal if you aren't grabbing your two from Safeway.
- Wild Caught Alaska Whole Sockeye Salmon - $4.77/lb (previously frozen)
- I love a good salmon deal, these whole salmon are previously frozen but still delicious. Here is a quick recipe on a roasting a whole salmon.
- Boneless Pork Loin - $1.88/lb
- If you can't make it to Winco, FM has a similar deal on pork loin!
- Land O Lakes Butter - $2.99/lb (up to 5x in one transaction with coupon)
- If you can't make the Winco butter deal - you can grab 5 pounds of butter with this coupon deal.
- Lays Chips- $1.99/lb (up to 5x in one transaction with coupon)
- Assorted varieties of Lays chips

New Seasons
Coupons still valid this coming week!
- Dr. Bronner's Products - 50% off
- I love Dr. Bronner's products - this is the 50% off deal of the week!
- Organic Avocados - $0.79/each
- Winco still has the $0.48 avocados (conventional) but $0.79 is a killer deal for organic - I'm not sure how large these are but definitely a great one! (Mexico)
