Description

A simple pasta dish, perfect for pantry foraging.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil + 1 Tbsp
  • 1 pound Tagliatelle Pasta (or your favorite variety)
  • 10 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups reserved pasta water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese** (sub nutritional yeast to keep vegan)
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Kosher salt (various amounts, see recipe details)
