    Cosette's Kitchen

    Hello friends! My name is Cosette Posko and I reside in Portland, Oregon with my family of five. Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to the great Pacific Northwest over 20 years ago and have been here ever since. I focus on traditional and modern Lebanese cuisine but also have a love for baking and all types of food. If I had to have one item stocked in my fridge at all times it would definitely be TOUM!
